Foster Care
Licensing Team Leader
A Foster Care Licensing Team Leader is responsible for recruiting, supervision of Case Mangers, and licensing services for families that are interested in becoming licensed with Seven Homes or who are currently licensed with Seven Homes.
Foster Care
Social Worker/Case Manager
A Foster Care Case Manager is responsible for all case management services for assigned children and youth placed in Seven Homes foster care program, ensuring they receive proper care in placement.
Adoption Specialist
An Adoption Specialist is responsible for all Adoptions services for assigned children and families. They are to ensure that pre and post adoption services are efficiently and effectively communicated and facilitated for all families and children within Seven Homes care.
