Kenneth Maxwell - Executive Director
Ken is the founder of Seven Homes. Over 30 years ago, God laid it on his heart to find a new way to help vulnerable children. He is an adoptive dad of 3 boys and feels honored to have been a part of so many children's stories.
Staci Young - Director of Programs
Staci has been with Seven Homes for twelve years. She feels blessed to have the opportunity to encourage and help each family navigate their fostering and adoption journey with a servant's heart.
Katelyn Hall - Director of Communications & Events
Katelyn has been with Seven Homes for over seven years as a staff member and two years prior as a foster and adoptive parent. She feels honored to be a part of making the children smile with fun activities and adventures.

Nick draws on his background in nonprofit community engagement and marketing to connect with and inspire families ready to provide safe, loving homes for children in foster care. As a father of two himself, he is passionate about raising awareness to the lasting impact Seven Homes makes in the lives of children in our community.
Britnye Lee - Regional Supervisor
Britnye has been with Seven Homes for over 5 years. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting families, and making a positive impact. Britnye is a proud mother of two daughters who inspire her drive, resilience, and purpose.

As the Referral Coordinator at Seven Homes, she considers herself a “matchmaker,” connecting children with safe, loving foster families. With years of experience working with children and teens, she finds joy in helping them experience the stability and belonging they deserve. As a wife and mother of three, her passion for serving children from difficult circumstances is rooted in her appreciation for the importance of family and connection.
